What leaders are saying

"Kind Review is now required reading in our coaching programs. If you work in any field where people blur their personal styles and feelings with what's really best for the project -- and c'mon, who doesn't? -- this book is for you. Enough with the silent screaming inside, the meetings after the meeting, and the final-final-really-final-draft file names. Read this book and learn how to get feedback right from the start so you can collaborate well and get the work done without everyone secretly despising each other."

Kivi Leroux Miller
founder and CEO of Nonprofit Marketing Guide

"The comprehensive model presented for respectful workplace collaboration has also been a game changer. It's a robust foundation for building a healthy team dynamic, where feedback is not feared but welcomed and implemented with respect and empathy. It's a must-have tool for anyone in a leadership role"

Laurie Ruettimann
Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur

"We all give and receive feedback every day - from work to home to community - and there's something for everyone in this book to help us all do both better"

Amy Sample Ward
CEO, NTEN

"This session changed the way I will communicate with staff. Presentation was engaging and she's an effective speaker."
