She has spent every day of the past 20 years supporting nonprofits to communicate their mission better and change the world. She has worked with over 100 nonprofits as CEO of BC/DC Ideas, and over the past decade, she has led teams to build campaigns and manage communications programs to achieve goals and change minds. She has experience communicating nearly every cause and has launched every tactic in the toolbox. She still lives as a hands-on practitioner while serving as a communications director for nonprofits and still gets dirty with all the tasks you deal with daily. She’s practical and experienced but always turns to the light instead of sharing the darkness.
